About Ariana
Children (10+), Teens & Adults — Neurodiversity & Disabilities, Anxiety, Grief, Relationship Challenges, Self-esteem, Play-based approaches
For the past nine years, I've supported the growth and well-being of children and youth in various settings, including those who are neurodiverse or living with disabilities.
My approach is warm, client-centred, and integrative. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, and body-based techniques to meet each person where they are.
I believe that every person holds the capacity for growth and healing. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly seen and supported as they navigate life's challenges.
