Transparent pricing so you can plan ahead. We believe access to quality mental health support matters — reach out if cost is a barrier.
All fees are listed in Canadian dollars and are due at the time of service. We accept a variety of payment methods through our secure booking system. Many extended health benefit plans cover registered psychotherapy — check with your provider for details.
Insurance & Benefits Coverage
Many extended health benefit plans cover services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist (RP). Coverage varies by plan — we recommend contacting your insurance provider before your first appointment to confirm your benefits.
Our therapists are Registered Psychotherapists (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Some plans may also cover Certified Play Therapists (CPT) — check with your provider.
We provide receipts after each session that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Payment is due at the time of service. A cancellation fee may apply for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
Sliding Scale & Accessibility
We believe cost should not be a barrier to mental health support. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please reach out — we will do our best to find a solution that works for you, including sliding scale fees where available.
