Supporting teens, adults, couples and family units
Hi, my name is Alicia and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).
In my experience, education, and ever-continuing professional growth, I have gained extensive training in various therapeutic modalities, as well as areas of therapy for individuals, couples, and group therapy for all ages. With additional specializations, in trauma, sexuality and relational well-being over the lifespan.
I have always had a desire to help individuals, couples, families, and those of the LGBTQ2S+ community to support them through life’s trials. For over 10 years, I have been working with neurodivergent children, teens, and adults, and as a support for post-adoptive families. Through my professional development, I have been able to specialize in areas of education, sexuality, marriage, and families to support all members of the community.
As a mental health professional, I aim to support each person and develop an individualized method of support as unique as you are. I am here to support you with empathy, genuineness, and a non-judgmental approach to help you reach your goals.
Working with me offers you an opportunity to talk about changes and challenges in your life in a safe environment where you will feel heard. My goal is to help you (or your teen), discover the skills you already have, as well as develop new ones, and use these to help you face these challenges.
Change can be hard, but we can work together to help you face them with confidence.
Alicia will be working out of our Woodstock location, supporting teens, adults, couples and family units.
