Dana Fallowfield -Adams

Dana is our Client Care Coordinator extraordinaire! 

Dana has worked for over 15 years in the health care field. Her career began working in Long Term Care as a Recreation Assistant and Restorative Care Coordinator.  The past 10+ years she has worked for a local non-profit organization in various positions and most recently as the Manager of Education. 

She’s available via email to assist you with all your questions and concerns such as: questions about our counselling process, best fit for Therapists, booking in first appointments, billing and the Jane system. 

Dana is always learning and growing. Some of her professional development highlights include:

- Understanding Traumatic Brain Injury – University of Tasmania – 2022

- Understanding Multiple Sclerosis – University of Tasmania – currently working towards completion
